Biography
Dr. Philip F. Williams, relieved salvation, Christ into his life in February 1982. Dr Philip F Williams developed a love & study of the Word of God, and in 1983, became a student of Bethel Bible Institute, Jamaica, New York, their branch school here in New Haven, CT, “New Haven Gospel Tabernacle” Dean Evangelist Lorraine Fidago. A student there from 1983-1991. His next level of biblical education was “Ebenezer Gospel Assembly, Foundation Bible Institute” in Bridgeport, CT under Dean Bishop Dr Edgar Cashley, 1991-1993. In 2012, Dr Philip F Williams attended North Carolina College of Theology, Dr J.L Cook, there satellite school: Adonai College of Theology, New Haven, CT under Dr Karen Gore, receiving his Bachelors Degree, 2012-2015. In 2016, Dr Philip F. Williams received his Doctorate Degree, still ACCT satellite school, Higher Learning College of Theology, under Dr. Albert Oliver. In December 2023, Dr. Philip F. Williams received his PHD, and 2nd Doctorate, under Dr. Apostle William R. McPhaul Sr., Bible Institutes of America, Southeastern Global Assembly, Faye Heuille, North Carolina. Dr. Philip F. Williams has began by the Spirit of the Lord, in the Office of Teacher, 1992.

Spirit of the Lord Theological Bible School will be a school of Biblical, Divine Excellence without compromise of the Word of God. To develop and biblically educate each student to the highest potential. Spirit of the Lord Theological Bible School is an Alumni of Bible Institutes of America Theological Seminary, and is fully accredited through Southeastern Global Accrediting Commission, International Accreditation, Raeford, North Carolina.
